Comfortable thatched rondawels, with al fresco showers, are decorated in an African theme. Unwind during the heat of the day around a sparkling pool or in the shade of the lapa, under giant acacia trees.
Traditional songs and dancing by African ladies herald romantic dinners under the stars, often punctuated by the roaring of lions and the whooping of hyaenas. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the boma, dining around a campfire or, on warmer nights, out on the open plain in front of the Lodge.
The Lodge is easily accessible by road or by daily flights from Johannesburg.

Our Tranquility Lapa is situated in a quiet area of the Lodge & offers relaxing massages during the day. FacilitiesOur Family Lodges offer superb comfort for small parties. Each Lodge has two rooms with an interleading door for privacy. One room has a Queen bed and the other has two single beds - it is possible to add a sleeper bed too, thereby accommodating five guests. Each room has its own facilities and al fresco shower. The Lodges are equipped similarly to the Rondawels.

DirectionsThe closest airport Eastgate (HDS) Airport ? 30 kms ? with daily flights via SA Express. Phalaborwa (PHW) is 80 kms away & has daily flights from Johannesburg via SA Airlink. Transfers are arranged on request. Mohlabetsi is 10 kms north from Hoedspruit on the R40, the route to Mica & Phalaborwa. There is a signboard to the Lodge towards the east. Pass through a manned security gate (please note that there is a R50 entrance fee into the road per vehicle) & travel down a gravel road 7kms, whereupon you will drive directly into the camp. |
