Naboomspruit is a town in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. Naboomspruit was established in 1910 after tin was discovered here and later platinum. Naboomspruit is named after the profusion of euphorbia trees (naboom) growing on the banks of a nearby stream (spruit). Today Naboomspruit is also known by the indiginous name Mookgopong

The main attraction of the Naboomspruit area is the many game farms and their luxury safari lodges.
